The care I received was excellent. The only criticism that I would point out is the problems that I had communicating with the office. Calling the doctor was extremely frustrating. I tried to call on at least 3 occasions and the wait to speak to a person was absurd. I am a doctor, i practiced for 43 years, albeit in emergency and trauma medicine, and I realize that calling the ER is a different situation, but when you have a medical issue it is an emergency to you as a patient. Telling the caller that they can leave a message and a call will be returned in the next two business days can often be unacceptable. In my experience any medical problem is to some degree an emergency to that patient, perhaps not “life threatening” but nonetheless it is to some degree an emergency to that patient. This issue is not limited to your practice, but it is pervasive in all practices that I have dealt with here in Las Vegas.
I practiced medicine for over 40 years and I find things have radically changed in the last few years.
I am well pleased with Dr Lesani, just very frustrated in trying to communicate with his office and practice.
